Refund Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Wigs:Wigs are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with the lace uncut.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Hair Products & Adhesives:Hair care products, glue, and sprays are eligible for return and full refund if they are unused and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, email us at support@jonoessentials.com with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.
Important Note:
- Items that appear used, worn, or opened (for wigs) will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
